PKSlots Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and PKSlots ("PKSlots," "we," "us," "the Platform") regarding your use of all services offered on pkslots.ws, including but not limited to casino games, live casino, sports betting, promotions, and any related mobile or web applications.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, logging in to an existing account, or simply making use of any PKSlots service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, game-specific terms, and promotional terms that are published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with PKSlots. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific or promotion-specific rule, the more specific rule applies to that game or promotion, while these Terms govern everything else.

To register and use PKSlots, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKSlots strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request identity verification from any player whose age is in doubt. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be accessing PKSlots from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited to you personally under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to understand the laws in your location before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from PKSlots or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any other person or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee of PKSlots or any company directly involved in providing software, payment processing, or other material services to PKSlots.

PKSlots reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending review.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on PKSlots. Opening multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a different name, a different mobile number, or any other variation – is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. PKSlots is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the player, including failed withdrawal attempts caused by name mismatches with payment accounts.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PKSlots will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact PKSlots support immediately to initiate a security lock.

All transactions on PKSlots are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PKSlots accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no deposit fee charged by PKSlots, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals are processed using the same method as your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash/NayaPay/SadaPay) withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

PKSlots does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Your payment account must be registered in your own name and match the name on your PKSlots account. Withdrawals to unverified or mismatched accounts will be declined and may trigger a security review.

• Funds deposited at PKSlots are held separately from operational funds and are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to these Terms.
• PKSlots reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds for deposits above certain thresholds.
• Any deposits made in error by the player are not automatically refundable and must be reported to support immediately.
• Chargeback requests raised with a payment provider without first contacting PKSlots support are treated as potential fraud and may result in account suspension.

PKSlots offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these General Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer on the Promotions page. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion, the following standard conditions apply to all PKSlots bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering – slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified.
• One bonus per account: Each player is eligible for a welcome bonus once only. Subsequent registrations using different details to claim a welcome bonus again are treated as multi-accounting and result in forfeiture and suspension.
• Time limits: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire if not used within the time period specified on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically without notice.
• Maximum bet during bonus wagering: While you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, the maximum bet per spin or hand is limited as stated on the promotion – typically Rs 500 per round unless otherwise specified. Bets above this limit during active bonus wagering may result in bonus cancellation.
• Accumulator bonus: The PKSlots automatic accumulator bonus applies to qualifying football and cricket multi-leg bets. Each leg of the acca must be priced at 1.20 or higher. The bonus percentage tiers (15%–40%) apply to the net winnings above your original stake.

All bets placed on PKSlots are governed by the rules of the specific game or market being bet on. General betting rules applicable across all PKSlots sports markets are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. PKSlots does not cancel or modify bets after they have been accepted, except in specific circumstances covered below.
• If a match, game, or event is cancelled, abandoned, or voided and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the stated market rules at the time the bet is placed. PKSlots may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice – for example, during a wicket ball in cricket or a VAR check in football.
• Palpable errors in pricing (also called "glaringly obvious" mispricing) may be voided by PKSlots. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of the bet – for example, a team priced at 1.01 when the correct price is clearly much higher. PKSlots will apply the correct odds or void the bet at its discretion.
• Casino game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) are final. Technical faults occurring during a game session will be handled according to the specific game provider's rules – typically the round is voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip and per calendar day. These limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.

PKSlots reserves the right to limit maximum stakes on specific markets, games, or for specific accounts, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected. Stake restrictions are applied at the platform's sole discretion and do not require explanation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKSlots and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Opening more than one account or using a third party's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected glitch are void and will be removed from your account.
• Coordinated betting with other players to manipulate game or market outcomes (collusion).
• Using any automated software, bot, or script to interact with PKSlots games or to place bets.
• Arbitrage betting designed primarily to exploit promotional terms (bonus abuse) rather than genuine gameplay.
• Money laundering or using PKSlots to obscure the origin of funds obtained illegally.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PKSlots staff or other players in any communication channel.

PKSlots may suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months), or at the player's own request.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact PKSlots support. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. See Section 9 for more on responsible gaming tools.

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, PKSlots reserves the right to withhold any balance that is the result of prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity. Legitimate balances accumulated through fair play prior to any breach may be returned at PKSlots' discretion following a review.

For accounts closed due to inactivity, any remaining balance will be retained for a period of 12 months and will be released to the player upon verified account reactivation. After 24 months of inactivity with no account reactivation, balances may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as published in the fee schedule on the platform.

PKSlots takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a full suite of player protection tools accessible from your account settings at any time. These tools are designed to help you maintain control over your gaming activity and spending. PKSlots does not use dark patterns or delays to make accessing these tools more difficult than they should be.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap that activates immediately. You can decrease your limit at any time. Increases to a deposit limit require a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you are automatically logged out of your account.
• Reality Check Reminders: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net session profit or loss.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for a fixed period (24 hours to 6 months). Once activated, a temporary exclusion cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with no possibility of reopening. This option is available immediately and processes within one business day of request.

PKSlots collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with PKSlots, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

PKSlots does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers who support platform operations (such as payment processors and identity verification services) under strict data processing agreements, and with law enforcement authorities where legally required.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data PKSlots holds about you and to request correction of any inaccurate data. Data deletion requests are handled on a case-by-case basis – regulatory requirements may oblige PKSlots to retain certain records for a minimum period regardless of deletion requests.

PKSlots provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKSlots shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Losses caused by technical faults, service interruptions, or errors outside of PKSlots' direct control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Actions taken by payment providers including delayed credits, declined transactions, or third-party charges.
• Any indirect or consequential losses howsoever arising.

PKSlots' total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

PKSlots reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide advance notice through one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed on the platform when you next log in, an email to your registered address, or an announcement in the promotions or news section of the site.

If you continue to use PKSlots after amended Terms have come into effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Minor amendments such as correction of typographical errors, clarification of existing clauses without substantive change, or updates to contact information do not constitute material changes and may be made without prior notice.

These Terms, and any disputes arising from them or your use of PKSlots, are governed by the rules and policies of PKSlots as published on the platform. PKSlots operates under its applicable licensing framework, details of which are available upon request from our support team.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your PKSlots experience, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within five business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, escalation options will be communicated to you at that stage.

PKSlots' decisions regarding bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding unless a clear error of fact is demonstrated. Decisions made in good faith based on the information available at the time will not be reversed solely because new information emerges after the fact.
